Does anybody in Duluth believe this propaganda today - that 69% of Duluth supports the Red Plan? This is from the School District's report to the State Dept. of Ed to win approval of the Red Plan. Of course, it wasn't based on a public vote.

Here's a prediction that the Red Plan will  never be completed in full.
